We injected a sense of natural beauty and wonder into this Flatiron home by building out a green terrace that addressed existing technical insecurities and enhanced the space’s unique architectural character.
Our design strategy involved a research-based approach, leading to careful botanical curation. We installed an extraordinary grove of trees, selecting an unconventional array of species, and created the infrastructure for their care and longevity. We also overhauled the positioning of circulation and flow, better capitalizing on the home’s captivating views of downtown Manhattan.
