We interrupted the traditional broad expanses of an urban plaza that's typically defined by its hard surfaces. The Urban Plaza Re-Imagined opts for a series of smaller, separate landscapes in lieu of one large one. Each square is designed to be a world in itself. Greater possibility opens for each distinct moment to take on its own tone and character. Plant selection and topography vary, and observation is heightened, relating individually but also collectively to the other gardens and materials, people, and perspectives around it.
