This inventive water system leaves nothing to waste. On a cycle that runs several times a day, planters installed along the façade of The Flowerbox Building deploy vertical irrigation as they drain. Water from the top-most row drips its way down to the floor below and so on, all the way to a bamboo plant bed at street level. The controlled use of water visibly animates the entire building, and glistens as the sun hits the moisture.
